aeevoX complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation, the UK Data Protection Act, and equivalent regional frameworks. You may request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to privacy@aeevox.com.

All capsules are encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit via TLS 1.3. Media is stored in isolated buckets with object-level access controls. Encryption keys are managed in a dedicated HSM-backed vault and rotated on a strict schedule.

Personal data is scoped to your account through Row-Level Security at the database layer. Internal access is granted only on a need-to-know basis, logged, and reviewed quarterly. We never sell personal data — ever.

Capsules are private by default. Recipients only ever see what you explicitly choose to share, on the schedule you defined. Drafts, attachments and recipients are never used for advertising.

When you opt into AI features (transcription, voice rendering, avatar composition), audio and image data is processed by our AI pipeline solely to produce your capsule. Inputs are not used to train foundation models, and intermediate artifacts are deleted after delivery unless you explicitly save them.
